AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE
REMAINDER OF THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1998 AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1999.
WHEREAS, the budget amendment of :

for the fiscal year beginning October 1,1998 and ending
September 30, 1999, was duly
presented to the City Council by the City Administrator and a public notice was posted in
the Stephenville City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the amended appropriations and anticipated revenues for the
fiscal year beginning October, 1998 and ending September 30,1999 for the support of the
general government of the City of Stephenville, Texas, be amended and fixed for the
remainder of the fiscal year ending September 30, 1999, with the revenues and
expenditures shown.
SECTION 2. That the amended budget is hereby approved in all respects and
adopted as the City's budget for the remainder of the fiscal year ending September 30,
1999.
