AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
Section One
The Planning Services are hereby amended to read as follows:
0801 PLANNING SERVICES
Park Land Dedication (in lieu of):
Per single-family dwelling unit $600.00
Per dwelling unit for duplex, townhome,
Condominium, or apartments $300.00
Section Two
This ordinance shall take effect as of the date hereof.
Section Three
It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this Ordinance is passed is
open to the public as required by law.
PASSED and APPROVED, BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS, this the 2n° day
of April, 2013, at which meeting quorum was present and voting.
