AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE REVENUE
BONDS.
WHEREAS, the City deems it advisable to give notice of intention to issue reve-
nue bonds in the amount of not to exceed $7,680,000 for the purpose of refunding
the outstanding City of Stephenville, Texas Utility System Subordinate Lien
Revenue Bonds, Series 1993-A and paying, in whole or in part, costs of improving
and extending the City's Wastewater System, and for professional services for
legal, fiscal and engineering fees for this project; and
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
1. That attached hereto as Exhibit A is a form of the Notice of Intention to
issue Revenue Bonds, the form and substance of which is hereby adopted and
approved.
2. That the City Secretary shall cause said notice to be published in substan-
tially the form attached hereto, in a newspaper of general circulation in
said City, and published in said City, on the same day in each of two con-
secutive weeks, the date of the first publication thereof to be before the
14th day before the time set for the issuance of such revenue bonds as shown
in said notice.
