ORDINANCE NO. 2015-04
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF R-1 SINGLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO R-3 MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land being 8.517 acres out of the Henry Pearson Survey, A-613, City
of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.
It is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of R-1 Single -Family
Residential District to R-3 Multi -Family Residential District in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of May, 2015.
