AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE PROVISIONS SET OUT IN CHAPTER 32: DEPARTMENTS, BOARDS AND
COMMISSIONS, SECTIONS 32.65 THROUGH 32.68 FOURTH OF JULY FAMILY FUN FAIR COMMITTEE AND
SECTIONS 32.80 THROUGH 30.83 WESTERN HERITAGE BOARD FROM THE CODE OF ORDINANCES AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
Section One
Section 32.65 Membership; Section 32.66 Powers and Duties; Section 32.67 Procedure, quorum; and
Section 32.68 Meetings, attendance of the Fourth of July Family Fun Fair are hereby in all things repealed
from Chapter 32: Departments, Boards and Commissions.
Section Two
Section 32.95 Membership; Section 32.96 Powers and Duties; Section 32.97 Procedure, quorum; and
Section 32.98 Meetings, attendance of the Western Heritage Board are hereby in all things repealed from
Chapter 32: Departments, Boards and Commissions.
rSection Three
This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, this 6th
day of December, 2016.
