AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX RATE FOR THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, FOR THE TAX YEAR 2016
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
That we, the City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, do hereby levy or adopt the
tax rate of $100.00 valuation for this city for tax year 2016, as follows:
$ 0.4454 for the purpose of maintenance and operation.
0.0446 for the payment of principal and interest on bonds.
$ 0.4900 Total Tax Rate
The Tax Assessor/Collector is hereby authorized to assess and collect the taxes of the City
of Stephenville, Texas, employing the above tax rate.
PASSED and APPROVED this the 20`h day of September, 2016.
