AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF B-2 "RETAIL
AND COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT' TO R-3 "MULTI -FAMILY DISTRICT".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land legally described as a 0.215 acre of land, Lot 4, Block 1, CVS @
US Highway 67 Addition, City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of B-2 "Retail and
Commercial Business District' to R-3 "Multi -Family District', in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4t" day of July, 2016,
