AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT ALLOWING A RESTAURANT WITH ALCOHOL SALES IN
THE DOWNTOWN (DT) DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
All that lot, tract, or parcel of land, being Lot 3, Block 15, City Addition, located at 223
East College Street, City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.
It is hereby ordained that a special use permit be granted to allow a restaurant with alcohol sales in the
Downtown (DT) District located at 223 East College Street in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of May, 2016.
