AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A MEDICAL CLINIC IN THE LAND
DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (133).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
All that lot, tract, or parcel of land, being Lots 1, 3, and 4, Block 32, City
Addition, located at 351 North Virginia Street, City of Stephenville, Erath
County, Texas.
And it is granted a special use permit for a medical clinic in the land described from the zoning
classification of the Central Business District, B3, in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of February, 2016.
