City of Stephenville - City Council
TUESDAY, JUNE 14, 2016 — 5:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, convened on June 14, 2016, at 6:49 p.m., in the
Training Room at Stephenville City Hall, 298 West Washington Street, for the purpose of a Special Council
Meeting, with the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting, giving the date, time, place
and subject thereof, having been posted as prescribed by Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon's Texas
Codes Annotated, with the following members present, to wit:
Mayor Jerry K. Weldon II
Mayor Pro-Tem Alan Nix
Council members Mark McClinton
Carla Trussell
Doug Svien
Rhett Harrison
Sherry Zachery
Jerry Warren
Absent Brady Pendleton
Others Attending Patrick C. Bridges, City Administrator
Cindy L. Stafford, City Secretary
Call to Order. The meeting of the Stephenville City Council was called to order at 6:49 p.m.
on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, by Mayor Weldon.
II. Consider Approving Additional Fundingfor City Park Parking Lot as Result of Further Storm
Damage. MOTION by Rhett Harrison, second by Carla Trussell, to approve an additional
amount of $72,454 for the City Park parking lot. MOTION CARRIED.
III. Consider Approval of Request for Utility Service Outside City Limits. This matter was not
discussed.
IV. Consider Approval of Proposal for Professional Services for Developing a Water and
Wastewater Utility Rate Model. This matter was not discussed.
V. Adjourn. MOTION by Jerry Warren, second by Sherry Zachery, to adjourn the meeting.
MOTION CARRIED and the meeting was adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
