City of Stephenville - City Council
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1996 - 6:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, convened on September 3, 1996, at 6:30
p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 354 N. Belknap Street, for the purpose of a Citizens
General Discussion Meeting, with the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting,
giving the date, time, place and subject thereof, having been posted as prescribed by Chapter 551,
Government Code, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, with the following members present, to wit:

Randy Thomas, City Attorney
Mayor Pollan called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and declared a quorum present.
II. CITIZENS GENERAL DISCUSSION
There was no one who wished to speak before the Council.
Mayor Pollan reported that, as a result of questions asked by Jane Pratt at the August
6, 1996 Council Meeting concerning an increase in rates by Northland Cable, Mark
Wiser, Director of Finance, had addressed her concerns and answered her questions
in a memorandum which has been delivered to her.
Mayor Pollan recognized Northland Cable manager, Carroll Lee, who was in
attendance and willing to answer any questions raised concerning this subject. There
were no questions.

M. ADJOURN
There being no other business to come before the Council at this time, Mayor Pollan
adjourned the meeting at 634 p.m.
