TUESDAY, JUNE 491996 - 6:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, convened on June 4, 1996, at 6:30 p.m.,
in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3 54 N. Belknap Street, for the purpose of a Citizens General
Discussion Meeting, with the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting, giving the
date, time, place and subject thereof, having been posted as prescribed by Chapter 551, Government
Code, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, with the following members present, to wit:.
Mayor John Pollan
Councilmembers: Joel Hillin
Marshall Shelton
Scott Evans
Billy Bob Hodges
Bill Corbin
Absent Barbara Terrell.'
Others Attending: Don Davis, City Administrator
Cindy L. Stafford, City Secretary
Randy Thomas, City Attorney
L CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pollan called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. and declared a quorum present.
IL CITIZENS GENERAL DISCUSSION
No one addressed the Council.
III. ADJOURN
There being no other business to come before the Council at this time, Mayor
Lohrmann adjourned the meeting at 6 : 3 5 p.m.
