MINUTES OF BUSINESS MEETING
City of Stephenville = City Council
�SDAY, JUNE 491996 - 6:00 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, convened on June 4, 1996, at 6:00 p.m.,
in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 354 N. Belknap Street, for the purpose of a General Business
Meeting, with the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting, giving the date, time,
place and subject thereof, having been posted as prescribed by Chapter 551, Government Code,
Vernon's Texas Cods Annotated, with the following members present, to wit:

Mayor Pollan called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and declared a quorum present.
1I. ExECUSESSION. At 6:00 p.m., Mayor Pollan recessed the open portion of
this meeting, and the Council went into executive session in compliance with the
provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Law, Subchapter D, Closed Meeting,
§551.071(1)(A), Government Code, Vernon's Texas Codes, Annotated, in
accordance with the authority contained therein concerning Consultation with
Attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation.

B. Bob LeFevre and Weldon Wilson v. City of Stephenville
C. Bob LeFevre v. Chief Wade
D. Darrell Cogburn Et Al v. City of Stephenville Et Al
E. EEOC Claim filed by Dyrel W. Collins, Jr.
F. City of Stephenville v. Texas Employment Commission and Bob LeFevre
Mayor Pollan recessed the Executive Session at 6:29 p.m.

IIL ACTION TAKEN ON MATTERS DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION
There was no action taken on matters discussed in Executive Session.
IV. ADJOURN
Mayor Pollan adjourned the meeting at 6:29 p.m.
