City of Stephenville - City Council
TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 1996 - 6:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, convened on April 2, 1996, at 6:30 p.m.,
in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 354 N. Belknap Street, for the purpose of a Citizens General
Discussion Meeting, with the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting, giving the
date, time, place and subject thereof, having been posted as prescribed by Chapter 551, Government
Code, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, with the following members present, to wit:

Randy Thomas, City Attorney
Mayor Lohrmann called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and declared a quorum
present.
He CITIZENS GENERAL DISCUSSION
Elizabeth Zickefoose, 970 North McCart, Stephenville, Texas, expressed to the
Council her support for the Capital Improvements Program which the Council has
adopted.
Pat Richardson, Mayor Pro-Tem from Pantego, Texas, introduced himself. He stated
that he is working in the Stephenville area for a few weeks and was interested in
sitting in on one of Stephenville's council meetings while he is here.
K. H. Conatser, 234 South Baxter, Stephenville, also commended the Council for
the steps it has taken in the Capital Improvements Program to provide for a larger
City Hall and new pieces of fire equipment. He had some questions concerning the

financing of the projects, which were answered by City Administrator, Don Davis.

M. ADJOURN
There being no other business to come before the Council at this time, Mayor
Lohrmann adjourned the meeting at 6 : 3 7 p.m.
