ORDINANCE DECLARING THAT CERTAIN ALLEY RUNNING THROUGH
BLOCK 26 OF FREY FIRST ADDITION IN THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE
FROM THE EASTERLY LINE OF NORTH BELKNAP AVENUE TO THE
WESTERLY LINE OF NORTH GRAHAM STREET AS SHOWN ON KING'S 1956
MAP OF STEPHENVILLE AT PAGE 805 WHICH MAP IS ON FILE AND
OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF ERATH COUNTY,
TEXAS, TO HAVE BEEN ABANDONED AS AN ALLEY AND ORDERING THE
SAME VACATED AND CLOSED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
STEPHENVILLE:
That certain alley running from the easterly line of
North Belknap Street through Block 26 of Frey First Addition
in the City of Stephenville to the westerly line of North
Graham Avenue as same is shown on King's 1956 Map of
Stephenville at page 805, which map is on file and of record
in the office of the County Clerk of Erath County, Texas, is
hereby declared to have been abandoned as an alley and is
hereby declared vacated and closed for alley purposes.
