AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS IX -II -A AND XIV-I-D OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE
ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE:

That the B-2 "Secondary and Highway Business District, Section IX -II -A of
the City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance be amended by adding the classi-
fication of "Wholesale Production and Distribution of Ice" as a Primary
Use.

That Section XIV, Parking Space For Vehicles, Section II-D, of the
City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance be amended to include parking
requirements for the business classification of "Wholesale Production
and Distribution of Ice".
Parking Space Requirements: A minimum of five (5) parking spaces shall
be provided, plus one (1) additional space for each employee at maximum
employment on a single shift.
Section Three
This Ordinance shall go into effect from and after its passage as provided
by law.
