AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF "I"
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO "R-3" MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
That certain land in the City of Stephenville and being
Lots 1, 2, 39 49 7, and 8 and part of Lots 5 and 6.
Block 15, South Side Addition, known as 1400 W. Swan
Street in the City of Stephenville, Texas.
and it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification thereof is hereby changed
from the classification of "I" Industrial District to "R-3" Multiple Family
Residential District. Said land is from this date zoned as "R-3" Multiple
Family Residential District, in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Stephenville.
