AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE APPLICATION OF THE E%EMPTION FROM
MUNICIPAL SALES AND USE TAX AS PROVIDED BY ARTICLE 321.210 OF
THE TAX CODE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS IN SUBSECTION (a) FOR
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES SOLD WITHIN THE CITY OF
STEPHENVILLE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
STEPHENVILLE:
Section One
The exemption from the application from Municipal Sales
and Use Tax as provided by Article 321.210 of the Tax Code of
the State of Texas in Subsection (a) thereof for telecommuni-
cations services sold within the City of Stephenville is
hereby repealed and such tax shall be imposed and collected
on such services sold within the City of Stephenville.
Section Two
This ordinance shall go into effect from and after its
passage as provided by law.
