AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING AT ANY TIME ON THE EAST SIDE
OF ST. FELIX AVENUE FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH WEST TARLETON
STREET TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE NORTH LINE OF WEST
WASHINGTON STREET WHICH HAS A DISTANCE OF 480.3 FEET AND WHICH
RUNS ACROSS WEST TURNER STREET AND PROHIBITING PARKING
AT ANY TIME ON THE WEST SIDE OF ST, FELIX AVENUE FROM ITS
INTERSECTION WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF WEST TARLETON STREET A
DISTANCE OF 94.6 FEET AND PROHIBITING PARKING AT ANY TIME ON
THE SOUTH LINE OF WEST TURNER STREET FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH
ST. FELIX AVENUE A DISTANCE OF 65 FEET AND PROHIBITING PARKING
AT ANY TIME ON THE WEST SIDE OF ST. FELIX AVENUE FROM ITS
INTERSECTION WITH WEST TURNER STREET AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
LOT 28 OF BLOCK F-39 OF GROESBEECK AND McCLELLAND ADDITION IN
THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE A DISTANCE OF 75 FEET, AND PROVIDING
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE:
Section One
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle at
any time on the east side of St. Felix Avenue from its inter-
section with West Tarleton Street to its intersection with the
north line of West Washington Street which has a distance of
480.3 feet and which runs across West Turner Street,
Section Two
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle at
any time on the west side of St. Felix Avenue from its
intersection with the south line of West Tarleton Street a
distance of 94.6 feet,
Section Three
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle at
any time on the south line of West Turner Street from its
intersection with St. Felix Avenue a distance of 65 feet.
Section Four
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle at
any time on the west side of St. Felix Avenue from its inter-
section with West Turner Street at the northeast corner of Lot
28 of Block F-39 of Groesbeeck and McClelland .Addition in the
City of Stephenville a distance of 75 feet.
Section Five
Any person who is guilty of violating this ordinance shall
be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.,
Section Three
This ordinance shall go into effect immediately from and
after its passage and publication as provided by law.
