AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM ON ACCEPTING
APPLICATIONS FOR B-4 "PRIVATE CLUB DISTRICT" ZONING, WITH
MORATORIUM PERIOD TO END ON JUNE 1, 1992, AND AUTHORIZING
A REVIEW OF B-4 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SAID REVIEW TO
INCLUDE USE, AREA, HEIR, SIZE AND PARKING REGULATIONS$
WHEREAS, the City of Stephenville finds that it is in
the best interest of the City to review B-4 of the zoning
ordinance of said city, said review to inclulde use, area,
height, size and parking regulations; and
WHEREAS, the City of Stephenville desires to establish
a moratorium on accepting applications for B-4 "Private Club
District" zoning during the time that B-4 of the zoning
ordinance is being reviewed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Stephenville desires to set the
moratorium period to end on June 1, 1992;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
Section 1. The facts and matters set forth in the preamble
of this Ordinance are hereby found to be true and correct.
Section 2. A moratorium on accepting applications for B-4
"Private Club District" zoning is hereby established from
the date of passage of this ordinance until May 1, 1992.
Section 3. A review of B-4 of the zoning ordinance is
hereby authorized, said review to include use, area, height,
size and parking regulations.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of December, 1991,
