AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF B-2
"SECONDARY AND HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT" TO B-4 "PRIVATE CLUB DISTRICT".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
That certain land in the City of Stephenville, Texas, and being
Lots 6, 89 22A; Block 134; City Addition, known as 1376 West
Washington.
and is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification thereof is hereby changed
from the classification of B-2 "Secondary and Highway Business District" to
B-4 "Private Club District". Said land is from this date zoned as B-4 "Private
Club District", in accordance with the zoning ordinance of the City of
Stephenville, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of December, 1991.
