AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF B-2 "SECONDARY AND HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT" TO
R-3 "MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE:
That certain land in the City of Stephenville, Texas, and
being Lot 3, 4A, 4B; Block 61, City Addition, Lot 1B, 2B, 2C;
Block 107; City Addition, Lot 3A; Block 127; City Addition,
Lot 2, 3, 4; Kight First Addition, Lot 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4;
Block 9; Park Place Addition, Stephenville, Texas; also known
as 720, 741, 755, 811, 841, 821, 842, 852, and 862 W. Green
and 220, 254, and 320 N. Paddock.
and it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification thereof is
hereby changed from the classification of B-2 "Secondary and
Highway Business District" to R-3 "Multiple Family Residential
District". Said land is from this date zoned as R-3 "Multiple
Family Residential District", in accordance with the zoning
ordinance of the City of Stephenville, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of August, 1991.
