AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PERMANENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF B-2
"SECONDARY AND HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE:
That certain land in the City of Stephenville being 0.994
acres of Lot 1, Draper Addition, Stephenville, Texas.

and it is hereby given a permanent zoning classification of B-2
"Secondary and Highway Business District". Said land is from this
date zoned as "B-2 Secondary and Hicfhway Business District", in
accordance with the zoning ordinance of the City of Stephenville,
Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4 day of June, 1991 .
