AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS
DISTRICT(B-1)TO ONE-AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-2)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS,THAT:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Block 87, Lot 2 of the City Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas, located
at 855 College Farm Road, and identified as Parcel No. R29923 in the Erath County Appraisal District
Records
is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Neighborhood
Business District (B-1) to One- and Two-Family Residential District (R-2), in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of May, 2022.
