Block 5, Lot 1 of the Kight Second Addition, City Of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas, located at 1083 West Frey Street and identified as Parcel No. R32260 in the Erath County Appraisal District Records,and; 2. Block 5, Lot 2 (pt of) of the Kight Second Addition, City Of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas, located at 1065 West Frey Street and identified as Parcel No. R32261 in the Erath County Appraisal District Records are hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Single Family Residential District (R-1) to Integrated Housing District (R-2.5), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
