AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-1)
TO NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT(B-1)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS,THAT:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Parcel No. R22423 of A0515 Motley Survey of the City Of Stephenville, Erath County,
Texas, and being commonly described as 2675 W. Overhill Drive
is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Single-Family
Residential District (R-1) to Neighborhood Business District (B-1), in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of June, 2021.
