AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-1)TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT(PD)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lot 2, Block 3, of the Kaylie Subdivision to the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas
is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Single Family
Residential District (R-1) to Planned Development District (PD) in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of August, 2020.
