AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS
DISTRICT(B-1)TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-1.5)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS,THAT:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lot 8, Block 2 of the Miller Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas, being
commonly known as 751 Miller
is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Neighborhood
Business District (B-1) to Single-Family Residential District (R-1.5)in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2152 day of April, 2021.
