Special City Council Meeting
Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 5:30 PM
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, convened on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at 5:30 PM, via
videoconference and in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 298 West Washington Street, for the purpose of
a Regular Business Meeting, with the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting, giving the
date, time, place and subject thereof, having been posted as prescribed by Chapter 551, Government Code,
Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, with the following members present, to wit:
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mark McClinton
(In person) Alan Nix
COUNCIL PRESENT: Doug Svien
(Via videoconference) Justin Haschke
Nick Robinson
Ricky Thurman
Gerald Cook
Brandon Huckabee
COUNCIL ABSENT: Brady Pendleton

I. Call to Order
Mayor Svien called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Consider Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for the Performance of a Utility Rate
Analysis
MOTION by Mark McClinton, second by Alan Nix, to approve a Professional Services
Agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for the performance of a Utility Rate Study.
MOTION CARRIED by unanimous vote.
