City Council Work Session
Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 10:00 AM
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, convened on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at 10:00 AM,
Agave, 1907 E. Washington, Stephenville, for the purpose of a City Council Work Session, with the meeting
being open to the public and notice of said meeting, giving the date, time, place and subject thereof, having
been posted as prescribed by Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, with the
following members present, to wit:
COUNCIL PRESENT: Doug Svien
Mark McClinton
Justin Haschke
Nick Robinson
Ricky Thurman
Alan Nix
Gerald Cook — via Videoconference
Brandon Huckabee
COUNCIL ABSENT: Brady Pendleton
OTHERS ATTENDING: Allen L. Barnes, City Manager

I. Call to Order
Mayor Svien called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
II. City of Stephenville Utility Index
Representatives from Freese and Nichols, Inc. were on site to present and discuss the city's Utility
Index. Council requested that a proposal for a utility rate analysis be brought back at a future
date for consideration.
III. Capital Improvement Plans
Representatives from Freese and Nichols, Inc. were on site to present and discuss master capital
improvements plans.
IV. Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned.
