AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION RETAIL AND
COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT(B-2) TO ONE-AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-2)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS,THAT:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lot 11, Block 74 of the City Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas
is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Retail and
Commercial Business District (B-2) to One-and Two-Family Residential District (R-2), in accordance with
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of October, 2020.
