AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT(B-1)TO INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT(I)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS,THAT:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lot 9A, Block 2 of the Miller Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas
is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Neighborhood
Business District (B-1) to Industrial District (I), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of September, 2020.
