AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT(I)TO MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT(R-3)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS,THAT:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lot 2, Block 8 of the South Side Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas
is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Industrial
District (I) to Multi-Family District (R-3), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15t day of September, 2020.
