AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT(I)TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-1).
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lot 3, Block 35, of the Frey First Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of from
Industrial District (I) to Single-Family Residential District (R-1), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of March, 2020.
