AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT(B-1)TO ONE-AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-2).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lot 1 (Part of) and Lot 3, Block 16, of the Clifton Heights Addition to the City of
Stephenville, Erath County,Texas
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of from
Neighborhood Business District (B-1) to One- and Two-Family Residential District (R-2), in accordance
with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of January, 2020.
