City Council Work Session
Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 5:30 PM
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, convened on Thursday, August 6, 2020, at 5:30 PM, in the
City Hall Council Chambers, 298 West Washington Street, for the purpose of a City Council Work Session,
with the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting, giving the date, time, place and
subject thereof, having been posted as prescribed by Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon's Texas Codes
Annotated, with the following members present, to wit:

I. Call to Order
Mayor Svien called the work session to order at 5:30 p.m.
Preliminary FY2020-2021 Budget Work Session
Monica Harris, Director of Finance, presented council with a high-level overview of the proposed
FY2020-2021 budget. Council members were instructed to send any questions regarding the
proposed budget to Ms. Harris; these questions would be answered at the budget work session
scheduled for August 17, 19, and 20.
III. Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned at 6:32 p.m.
