AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR 3.34 ACRES OF THE WILLIAMS
SURVEY,A0804,OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE.
WHEREAS, on December 30, 2019 the City of Stephenville received a petition for voluntary
annexation for 3.34 acres of the Williams Survey,A0804;
WHEREAS, on February 4, 2020, the Stephenville City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2020-0-07
legally annexing said property into the City of Stephenville,Texas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Stephenville wishes to establish the zoning
classification for the aforementioned property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS:
Section 1.
That the property, being 3.34 acres of the Williams Survey, A0804, and commonly referred to as 1330 N.
US Highway 281, in the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas, is hereby zoned as Industrial (I).
Section 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of May, 2020.
