AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE PERSONNEL POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL
BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 4.11"PANDEMIC LEAVE POLICY"AND SECTION 6.19"EMERGENCY EVENT
TELECOMMUTING POLICY"AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
Whereas, on March 6, 2018, the City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, adopted the City
of Stephenville Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual; and
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Stephenville wishes to amend this the policy and
procedure manual.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Stephenville,Texas
Section 1
Section 4.11 "Pandemic Leave Policy" and Section 6.19 "Emergency Event Telecommuting Policy" are
hereby incorporated in the City of Stephenville Policy and Procedure Manual.
Section 2
This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage date.
