AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT(B-1)TO MULTIPLE FAMILY(R-3)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Block 1, Lot 1B, of the Frey First Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of from
Neighborhood Business District (B-1) To Multiple Family District (R-3), in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of May, 2020.
