AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 12-FOOT WIDE ALLEYWAY LOCATED IN BLOCK 15 OF THE CITY
ADDITION OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE ALONG WITH A MAP SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE
ALLEYWAY TO BE ABANDONED.
WHEREAS, on August 6, 2019,the Stephenville City Council passed Resolution No. 2019-R-24
initiating the abandonment of a 12-foot wide alleyway located in Block 15 of the City Addition of the
City of Stephenville; and
WHEREAS, on September 18, 2019,the Stephenville Planning and Zoning Commission voted to
make a positive recommendation to the Stephenville City Council.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
That a 12-foot wide alleyway in Block 15 of the City Addition, as depicted in Exhibit "A", which is
attached to this order and made a part hereof, is hereby abandoned as a public alleyway.
PASSED AND APPROVED on the 15t day of October, 2019.
