AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT(I)TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL(R-1).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being 0.998 Acres out of A0515 of the William Motley Survey, City of Stephenville, Erath County,
Texas
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Industrial
District (I) to Single Family Residential (R-1), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6TH day of August, 2019.
