AN ORDINANCE CLOSING WYLIE STREET ALONG WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE STREET IN RELATION TO
ADJACENT LOTS AND BLOCKS AND ALONG WITH A MAP SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE STREET TO
BE CLOSED.
WHEREAS, on April 2, 2019, the Stephenville City Council passed Resolution No. 2019-R-11
initiating the abandonment of Wylie Street; and
WHEREAS, on May 15, 2019, the Stephenville Planning and Zoning Commission voted
unanimously to make a positive recommendation to the Stephenville City Council.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
That Wylie Street, in the city as described in Exhibit"A" and depicted in Exhibit "B", both of
which are attached to this order and made a part hereof, is hereby closed and abandoned as a public
street.
PASSED AND APPROVED on the 4th day of June, 2019.
