AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT(B-1)TO RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL DISTRICT(B-2).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lots 1, 1A, 2A, and Part of 2B, Block 129 of the City Addition to the City of Stephenville,
Erath County,Texas
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Neighborhood
Business District (B-1) to Retail and Commercial District (B-2), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of April, 2019.
