AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF MULTI FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-3)TO NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT(B-1).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lots 1 and Lot 2 (Part of), Block 7 of the Oak Tree Addition IV to the City of Stephenville,
Erath County,Texas
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Multi Family
Residential District (R-3) to Neighborhood Business District (B-1), in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of April, 2019.
