AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS,AMENDING SECTION 12-11"PROHIBITED SIGNS"
AND REPEALING SECTION 154.21.3.D OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF STEPHENVILLE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
Section 1.
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville Section 154.12-11(a)(1) "Prohibited Signs" is hereby
amended and shall read as follows:
"(1) Inflatable signs, bandit signs, and portable signs shall be prohibited in the city or ETJ unless permitted
through a special exception."
"(20) Permanent off-premises signs (billboards)."
Section 2.
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville is hereby amended by repealing Sections 154.21.3.D and
154.12-55.
Section 3.
-- This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passing.
