AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
RESTAURANT WITH ALCOHOL(B-5)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All those lots, tracts, or parcels of land legally described as follows:
1. Being Lots 32 and 36, Block 139 of the City Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath
County,Texas, located at 2101 West Washington Street.
2. Being Lots 32 and 36, Block 139 of the City Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath
County,Texas, located at 2029 West Washington Street.
3. Being Lots 32 and 36, Block 139 of the City Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath
County,Texas, located at 2115 West Washington Street.
Are hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification Restaurant with
Alcohol (B-5) to B-2 (Retail and Commercial Business District), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Stephenville.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
