AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
RESTAURANT WITH ALCOHOL(B-5)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
All those lots, tracts, or parcels of land legally described as follows:
1. Being Lot 3, Block 145 of the City Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas,
located at 2004 West Swan Street.
2. Being Lot 6, Block 3 of the College Hill Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,
Texas, located at 966 West Washington Street.
3. Being Lot 5, Block 4 of the College Hill Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,
Texas, located at 1044 West Washington Street.
4. Being Part of Lot 3 of the Draper Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas,
located at 3024 W.Washington Street.
5. Being Lot 17, Block 33 of the South Side Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,
Texas, located at 1645 West South Loop.
6. Being Lots 5, 7, 8, and 9 of the Washington Square Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath
County,Texas, located at 2805 West Washington Street.
7. Being 0.232 acres, being Part of Lot 3 of the Draper Addition of the City of Stephenville,
Erath County, Texas, more fully described in Document No. 2018-02089 as filed with the
Erath County Clerk Real Property Records.
Are hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification Restaurant with
Alcohol (B-5) to B-2 (Retail and Commercial Business District), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Stephenville.
SECTION2.
All those lots, tracts, or parcels of land legally described as follows:
1. Being Lot C, Block 8 of the City Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County Texas, located
at 230 West College
2. Being Lot A, Block 1 of the city Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas, located
at 190 West College
3. Being Lot 7, Block 16 of the city Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas, located
at 265 East Washington
4. Being Lot I, Block 8 of the City Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas, located
at 211 West McNeill
Are hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification Restaurant with
Alcohol (B-5) to DT (Downtown District), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Stephenville.

1. Being Part of Lot 2, Block 157 of the City Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,
Texas, located at 2860 West Washington
2. Being Lot 5 (Sub. 5; 6; 7; 8), Block 75 of the City Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath
County,Texas, located at 832 East South Loop
3. Being Lot 1 (North Part of), Blocks 156 and 157, of the City Addition of the City of Stephenville,
Erath County,Texas, located at 2900 West Washington
4. Being the easternmost portion of a building situated on 3.11 acres out of the Wm. Motley
Survey,AS15, ii Stephen-elle, Erath County,Texas, located at 2847 West Washington.
Are hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification Restaurant with
Alcohol (B-5) to I (Industrial District), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Stephenville.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
