AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING A CITIZEN COLLECTION STATION AS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT DISTRICT IN THE
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT(I).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot, tract, or parcel of land legally described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 12, of the Shapard and Collins
Addition, located at 750 North Paddock, of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas.
A Special Use Permit is hereby granted to allow a citizen collection station at 750 North Paddock in
accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville. As a condition of the special use permit,
the permit holder agrees to install and maintain video surveillance at the collection site.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 28th day of August, 2018.
