AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS,AMENDING SECTION 154.03"DEFINITIONS"AND
SECTION 154.06"INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT(I)"THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
Section 154.03 Definitions shall be amended by adding the following:
Citizen Collection Station - Facility where the primary intent is to collect solid waste generated
by rural and unincorporated residents living within Erath County and such waste is unloaded from
collection vehicles or containers for reloading into larger, long-distance vehicles for transport to
landfills or other permitted solid waste facilities for final disposal.
SECTION 2.
Section 156.06.0 Industrial District (I), Conditional Uses (Special Use Permit) of the City of Stephenville
Zoning Ordinance shall be amended by adding the following:
(3) Citizen Collection Station
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passing.
