AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 154.74 "WIRELESS
COMMUNICATION FACILITIES"OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
STEPHENVILLE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville Section 154.74.E "Wireless Communication Facilities,
Nonresidential Districts" is hereby amended by adding the following:
"12. Distance from Residential Properties: No part of an antenna facility and antennas or any attachment
thereto may be constructed within 500 feet of a residential property without a special exception obtained
from the board of adjustment."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passing.
